???? IT Help Desk Specialist
✅ Responsibilities:
???? Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
???? Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and IT peripherals.
???? Manage user accounts and Active Directory objects (users, groups, devices).
???? Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
???? Install and manage CCTV systems and IP Telephony solutions.
???? Ensure cybersecurity through antivirus tools and proactive threat monitoring.
???? Provide first- and second-level technical support locally and remotely.
???? Perform system updates and support IT infrastructure development.
???? Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar IT Help Desk role.
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
✔ Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
✔ Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
✔ Well-organized and able to work independently.
