As part of our growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to support our coffee beans division, working closely with companies, hotels, and cafés. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for the position of Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. Key responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, meeting with prospective clients, maintaining accurate account records, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to drive growth and meet company objectives. Requirements Experience or strong interest in sales (B2B experience is preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work closely with manufacturers and understand their business needs Background in food industry, FMCG, ingredients, or coffee-related sales Is a plus Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across companies, hotels, and cafés Drive new business acquisition and actively expand existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets Build strong, long-term client relationships while positioning the company as a trusted business partner Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and account value Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiations, closing, and after-sales follow-up Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to uncover new opportunities Ensure high-level client servicing, handling inquiries and resolving issues quickly to maintain satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support aggressive sales strategies
