This is a full-time, on-site position for a proactive HR professional with strong recruiting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including documentation, attendance, and employee relations Support performance management and employee development initiatives Collaborate with department leads to forecast hiring needs and fill vacancies with top talent Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values Main Skills and Requirements Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Management Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee benefits Proficiency in personnel management and HR documentation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (Linked In, Wuzzuf, etc.) Ability to work effectively on-site in Heliopolis Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role with a strong focus on recruitment is a plus
