Position: Clinic receptionist Location: 5th Settlement Type: Part-time (Evening Shifts)

Our growing psychiatry clinic is looking for an Admin Assistant to ensure smooth clinic operations and provide exceptional support to our clients and mental health practitioners.
Responsibilities:✅ Manage daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient clinic operations✅ Schedule and coordinate clients appointments while managing sessions records✅ Assist clients with documentation and invoices✅ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations✅ Track client requests, updates, and important notes to enhance service quality✅ Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and supportive environment✅ Provide administrative support for psychiatrists and therapists✅ Provide day to day operations reports
Requirements:✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration or client care (mandatory)✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and mental health professionals✔️ Proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.)✔️ Previous CRM and social media moderation is a plus✔️ Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)✔️ Compassionate and empathetic attitude with a client-focused approach✔️ Candidates from 5th Settlement or nearby areas are preferred
