Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office (Chat & Calls) English Account Representative located in Cairo. Responsibilities include managing back office operations efficiently, handling customer inquiries through chat and calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting operational tasks like data entry. The role requires clear communication and professional interaction with clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaboration with internal teams may also be required to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

Net Salary: 17,000 EGP | Immediate Hiring
