Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Cairo. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively while maintaining exceptional service quality. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The representative will also proactively assist customers in accordance with company protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in handling Customer Support tasks and resolving customer inquiries effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer interactions Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
