Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development (OD) Manager. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and enhancing employer branding, and implementing organizational development initiatives. The professional will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, engaging in effective interviewing processes, and leading efforts to attract top talent. Additionally, the role includes guiding organizational change and improving team performance through strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to secure top talent for diverse roles Experience in Employer Branding strategies to strengthen the organization’s reputation and attract the best candidates Knowledge of organizational development, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build strong teams Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus) Proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry
