Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with team members to optimize strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build lasting relationships. Proven expertise in Sales, including identifying opportunities, presenting products, and closing deals effectively. Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and support team performance and strategy execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an added advantage.
