Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our on-site team in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and presenting tailored lighting solutions that align with the customer’s needs. Additional responsibilities include managing sales processes, training customers on products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires proactive communication and an ability to adapt to the unique requirements of each client.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and guiding customers or teams Knowledge or experience in the lighting, design, or architectural industry is a plus Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
