Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chatbot Developer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbot solutions, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning techniques to enhance communication efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include programming, testing, and optimizing chatbot functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensuring integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Chatbot Development and experience creating user-friendly chatbot solutions Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies and frameworks Expertise in Programming and Software Development Experience with Machine Learning applications in chatbot functionalities Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Previous experience with chatbot development tools and platforms is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
