Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Saa S solutions in the hospitality sector. This full-time, on-site role will be based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and create tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, conducting market analysis, managing sales pipelines, delivering product presentations, and achieving revenue targets. Strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful software implementation will be integral to this role.
Qualifications Proven experience in Saa S sales and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategies, and Revenue Generation Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Market Analysis expertise and proficiency in Customer Retention strategies Team Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate sales teams Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively Familiarity with AI solutions and software for businesses is a plus
