Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. The role also involves conducting training sessions, enhancing customer service experiences, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with clients’ needs and objectives. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in expanding the business and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and meet targets. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Experience in training and mentoring teams in a professional setting. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to marketing and sales strategies. Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is recommended.
