Millark, a group-affiliated company and authorized agent of ASD Turkey (one of the leading HPL manufacturers), is urgently seeking a *Sales Manager – B2B Projects* to lead and grow its business across Egypt.
Role Overview
This role is focused on driving B2B project sales, building a nationwide distributor network, and managing the commercial operations of the business with strong sales and administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Lead and execute the B2B project sales strategy.•⁠ ⁠Build, develop, and manage a *strong distributor network across different governorates*.•⁠ ⁠Maintain and grow relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and fit-out companies.•⁠ ⁠Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract closure.•⁠ ⁠Oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, pricing, and margins.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with international suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.•⁠ ⁠Represent the company professionally in negotiations and partner communications.
Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Strong proven experience in B2B / Project Sales (sales capability is the top priority).•⁠ ⁠Solid managerial and administrative skills•⁠ ⁠Very good command of English (spoken & written) – essential for dealing with international principals and suppliers.•⁠ ⁠Background in wood, HPL, or finishing/building materials is preferred, but not mandatory.•⁠ ⁠Ability to build teams, distributors, and long-term business relationships.•⁠ ⁠Results-driven mindset with strong leadership presence.
