Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will focus on real estate sales, providing tailored advice to clients and assisting in the buying, selling, or leasing of residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications Proficient in Consulting, Communication, and Customer Service to understand client needs, provide tailored advice, and maintain long-term relationships. Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate to effectively manage property transactions and achieve sales targets. Highly Presentable Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Familiarity with real estate markets in Cairo and surrounding regions is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
