We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Team Leader Engineer to lead our pre-sales engineering function and support business growth through strong technical and commercial solutions. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the BMS pre-sales team. Review tenders, BOQs, and project specifications. Develop compliant, value-engineered BMS solutions. Prepare technical proposals, compliance sheets, and cost estimates. Support sales with client presentations and technical clarifications. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.7+ years of experience in BMS, with strong pre-sales exposure. Proven leadership experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS platforms (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.). Excellent communication and commercial awareness.???? Location: Office-Based ????
