A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, has been established to commercialize activities using the above-mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include: Style and Brand Guidelines: Enforce and maintain adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all content. Proofreading and Fact-Checking: Conduct thorough proofreading to catch typographical errors, formatting issues, and other inaccuracies. Content Formatting: Check and ensure proper formatting of content, including headings, subheadings, lists, and other structural elements and verify that the content is visually appealing and user friendly. Process Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive Quality Assurance processes for LMSL courses from initial content review to final review. Collaborate with Instructional Designers (IDs) and Graphic Designers (IDs) to assure that the material being developed is accurate and ready for exporting.
We expect you to: Education and Experience: - A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field. - Minimum two years of experience in quality assurance, copy editing, graphic designing or content review. Excellent Writing and Editing Skills: - Strong command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style. - Exceptional attention to detail to catch errors and inconsistencies in content. Familiarity with Style Guides and Brand Guidelines: - Knowledge of brand voice, tone, and style guidelines and the ability to ensure adherence to them. Proofreading and Fact-Checking Skills: - Proficiency in proofreading techniques to identify and rectify typographical errors, formatting issues, and factual inaccuracies. - A keen eye for maintaining consistency in branding, messaging, and content accuracy. Strong Communication Skills: - Ability to communicate feedback effectively to copywriters and instructional designers. - Collaborative mindset to work with cross functional teams. Problem-Solving Skills: - Capability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in content. - Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues. Time Management and Prioritization: - Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Prioritize tasks to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time. • Adaptability: - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. • Quality-Oriented Mindset: - A commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in all content.
