About the Role:
Alfa Care is seeking dynamic, professional Receptionists to join our team immediately across several branches. This frontline role is critical to delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical centers.
Locations (Branches):
Madinaty Aviation (Tayaran) October (6th of October) Tagamoa (New Cairo)
Shift Schedules:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMEvening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM OR 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM(Flexibility for shift assignments is required).
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. Manage appointments, check-ins, and patient registration efficiently. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and direct communications. Maintain accurate patient records and data entry. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional image. Coordinate with medical staff and administrative teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical, clinic, or wellness center. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
