What You'll DoBuild and implement HR systems, processes, and policies that scale with our growth Lead recruitment efforts, including screening candidates for English language proficiency and communication quality Manage the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding Develop and lead teams with clear accountability and mentorship Leverage technology and modern tools to streamline HR operations
What We're Looking For Proven experience in HR (recruiting, people management, or HR operations) Exceptional English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to assess language proficiency in others High agency: you take initiative, solve problems independently, and don't wait to be told what to do Tech-savvy: comfortable with HR software, project management tools, and learning new systems quickly Strong organizational and people management skills Experience building or scaling teams is a plus
