Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Architecture Technical Office Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, collaborating with civil and electrical engineers, managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and performing quantity surveying tasks. The selected candidate will ensure projects comply with design standards and technical specifications while supporting construction and development activities on-site.
Qualifications 2 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer 4 years of Experience in Engineering field Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture Engineering, or a related field Experience in Quantity Surveying for construction or development projects Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines Proficiency in relevant design and technical software, such as Auto CAD and MS Office Previous experience in technical office roles within the construction or real estate sector is an advantage
