Role Overview The Senior Marketing Strategist will lead strategic planning, insights generation, and campaign development for a wide portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and client-facing leadership. The strategist will work closely with account managers, creative teams, media specialists, and clients to build marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies (digital, social, ATL, BTL, PR, activations) based on client objectives and market insights. Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs. Identify market opportunities, audience segments, and positioning strategies for brands across different industries. Build and present brand narratives, communication strategies, and go-to-market roadmaps. Client Leadership Act as a strategic advisor to key clients, building trusted partnerships at senior levels. Lead strategic workshops, presentations, and pitch proposals with clients. Ensure client strategies are consistent, innovative, and aligned with both brand and commercial objectives. Research & Insights Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to guide decision-making. Use data and analytics to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Stay up to date with trends in marketing, media, and consumer behavior to inform strategy. Collaboration & Execution Work with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure strategies are translated into powerful campaigns. Partner with account management to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies when needed. Contribute to new business development through strategic thinking and pitching. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or communications (agency experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills (Arabic and English). Experience across multiple industries (Health Care, Personal Care, FMCGs, etc.) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
