What You’ll Be Doing Executing manual testing across web products: functional, regression, exploratory testing Writing clear, structured test cases, test plans, and test reports Logging bugs with precision (steps, evidence, expected vs actual) and tracking to closure Collaborating with dev and product teams to validate requirements and edge cases Supporting release readiness with clean QA cycles and reliable sign-offs Running API tests using tools like Postman (strong plus) Helping improve QA process, coverage, and speed over time What We’re Looking For3+ years in Software Testing / Quality Assurance Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing (automation is a plus) Good understanding of SDLC / STLCAbility to write clear Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Reports Solid bug reporting & tracking skills (Jira / Azure Dev Ops or similar) Good communication skills and a team-player mindset API Testing (Postman) is a strong plus Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus Nice to Have Test automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright) Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Basic knowledge of CI/CDYou’ll Hate This Role IfYou test only the happy path and call it “coverage”You report bugs without clear steps, evidence, or expected vs actual You treat QA as a phase at the end — not a mindset throughout You wait for instructions instead of exploring risks and edge cases You’re okay with “good enough” when users will feel the cracks What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses (we reward output, not excuses) Real products.
