We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior External Auditor with a strong background in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will lead external audit engagements, provide guidance to junior auditors, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. You will be responsible for evaluating financial statements, assessing compliance with accounting standards, and offering valuable recommendations that drive client success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion in line with professional standards and deadlines. Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Assess internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes of client organizations. Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior auditors, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Identify business risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit, preferably with a leading audit firm. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and audit methodologies. Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading audit teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and auditing tools/software.
