Virtual Worker Now is Hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative We're looking for a high-performing SDR to support our client acquisition efforts and drive our growth. This role is mission-critical—you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You’ll be engaging with U. S.-based mid-size companies, qualifying leads, nurturing interest, and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads- Run Linked In outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups- Book meetings with decision-makers and ensure strong show-up rates- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked meetings- Collaborate with sales to refine scripts, messaging, and processes- Report on pipeline metrics and performance regularly

✅ What We’re Looking For:- Proven B2B sales experience- Strong English fluency with excellent communication and listening skills- Confidence engaging with international clients—especially the U. S. market- Ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly- Comfortable using outreach tools, email automation, and CRMs- Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work independently- High energy, proactive mindset, and strong commitment to KPIs
