Role Overview:
As a Creative Copywriter and content creator, you will craft compelling and powerful copy that resonates with diverse audiences, maintaining a consistent brand tone across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning Develop clear content pillars aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals Translate briefs into structured monthly and campaign-based content plans Prepare detailed content calendars for social platforms Ensure content ideas are platform appropriate (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, etc.) Copywriting & Messaging Write engaging captions, headlines, and long-form social copy Write text on visuals, overlays, hooks, CTAs, and scripts Adapt tone of voice per brand and platform Ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across all written content Ideation & Collaboration Work closely with the Creative Director on concept development Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and video teams Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops Support campaign ideation with copy-led ideas Cultural & Platform Awareness Ensure content is culturally relevant for Middle East audiences Stay updated on social trends, formats, and platform best practices Adapt content for Arabic and English audiences (Arabic is a plus) Quality Control & Delivery Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy and tone Meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Ensure content supports client KPIs and objectives
Qualifications:3–6 years experience in social content creation and copywriting Previous experience in a creative, digital, or social agency Strong portfolio of social content, captions, and campaigns Skills Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats Ability to think conceptually, not just write captions Experience creating content calendars and content pillars Comfortable writing across industries and tones of voice Personal Traits Organized and detail oriented Creative thinker with strong cultural awareness Collaborative and open to feedback Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
