We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead our perfume brand's marketing efforts in Egypt. The role focuses on creating strong emotional connections with consumers, driving brand awareness, communicating with all partners, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and commercial objectives • Define brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity for the perfume portfolio • Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, influencer, and in-store) • Lead perfume launches, collections, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking • Collaborate with creative teams, designers, photographers, and agencies to produce brand content • Ensure consistency of brand message across packaging, advertising, retail displays, and online platforms • Work closely with sales teams to support sell-in and sell-out strategies • Monitor campaign performance, brand KPIs, and consumer feedback • Manage marketing budgets and optimize cost efficiency • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and key partners
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of branding and lifestyle marketing • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics • Knowledge of fragrance market trends and consumer behavior (not mandatory but preferably) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in perfumes, beauty, or luxury products • Experience working with creative and marketing agencies. • Experience Not less than 4 Years in marketing or branding
