Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Production and Planning Director(Cotton Spinning ONLY) . The role involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans, conducting market research, refining and executing strategic plans, and analyzing operational performance to enhance output. The Director will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective production operations. Qualifications Experience between 12-15 years specialized in COTTON SPINNING ONLYStrong Analytical and Research Skills to evaluate production processes and identify improvement areas. Expertise in Planning and Strategic Planning(COTTON SPINNING) to develop and execute effective production strategies. Experience in Market Research to remain aligned with market trends and demands in the yarn manufacturing industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using production planning software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Textile /Production Engineering ONLYPrevious experience in the textile and yarn manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
