Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet monthly and annual targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure objectives are achieved. Expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine and enhance sales approaches. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing and Service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular performance reports and insights to top management.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Proven experience in sales within the heavy equipment Is a Must. Possession of a private car (with a fair allowance provided). Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets. Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English.
