Role Description Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production losses. Support production teams by ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely. Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems and new production lines. Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with electrical and automation teams for integrated problem-solving. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.). Train technicians and support staff on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or food/beverage industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS preferred). Good understanding of utilities: HVAC, compressors, boilers, chillers, etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office. Good command of English (written and spoken).
