Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Business Development professional. The main responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, engaging in lead generation, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, devising growth strategies, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships Experience in lead generation and market research to identify and create new opportunities Proven skills in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred
