Role Description This is a full-time role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will drive sales initiatives, develop and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with team members to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering excellent customer service, managing sales processes, training customers or partners on product offerings, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves identifying market trends, exploring new opportunities, and supporting the growth of padel sports in Egypt.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to deliver effective Training to clients or team members Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of padel sports or related industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Time management skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Upload and manage products on Shopify Edit descriptions, prices, and images Ensure data accuracy and consistency Support online store operations
