Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include identifying and seeking new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills Proactive approach to Lead Generation and business development Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship-building Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in sales or account management in the technology or IT industry is a plus
