  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of Food & Beverage products.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory control, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Utilize ERP systems like Odoo and SAP to manage and streamline daily warehouse operations and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse function.
