Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent within the Arabic Account at 4Level1. The position is based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our language programs, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to effectively address client needs Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Capability to deliver Training sessions to clients about product offerings when required Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred
