Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves delivering technical support, conducting analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating across teams is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships Technical Support skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Analytical Skills to identify patterns and address recurring challenges effectively Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Previous experience in a customer support or related role is a plus Familiarity with healthcare or medical solutions is beneficial
