Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent) Deliver engaging, inquiry-based teaching aligned with the IB PYP framework Plan, assess, and reflect collaboratively to support student learning and growth Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times Leadership roles will include responsibility for programme leadership, staff development, and strategic planning
✅ Non-Negotiable Requirements Recognized teacher certification / qualification PYP training completed (required for the 2026–27 academic year) Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, with some IB/PYP experience Safeguarding training Strong alignment with the school’s mission, culture, and educational philosophy????
