Role Description Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and content. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketers; set KPIs and create a culture of testing and accountability. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI. Analyze data to identify opportunities, report on core KPIs, and continuously optimize performance. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand experience. Stay ahead of digital trends (AI, automation, new platforms) and champion new ideas.???? What We're Looking For Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies that deliver measurable results (traffic, leads, revenue). Technical Skills: Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, paid social, analytics tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. Leadership: A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).????
