We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile teams, ensuring delivery remains predictable, collaborative, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for a Scrum Master who goes beyond ceremonies, actively coaching teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across distributed, cross-functional environments. What You’ll Be Doing:Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Cross-Team Collaboration Enable effective coordination across multiple teams, managing dependencies and delivery alignment. Act as a servant leader, promoting transparency and collaboration across functions. Impediment Removal & Healthy Delivery Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery. Escalate risks and issues when required while empowering teams to self-organize. Backlog & Metrics Management Partner closely with Product Owners to keep backlogs refined, prioritized, and ready with clear acceptance criteria. Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and quality to improve predictability and throughput. Agile Maturity & Continuous Improvement Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the organization. Contribute to improving delivery standards and Agile maturity across teams and domains.
What You Bring to the Table:4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably within product-based or e-commerce organizations. Hands-on experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks; experience with Kanban or scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus. Proven ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority. Practical experience using Jira and Confluence, including boards, workflows, and reporting. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
