????What we need:-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.-Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role (2-5 years)-Strong understanding of digital marketing, media metrics, and analytics tools.-Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.-Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.-Creative problem-solving skills.-Familiarity with various media channels including social media, print, digital, and broadcast.-Previous experience in campaign execution and budget management
What you’ll do:-Develop and manage media buying strategies to promote our programs and services.-Analyze target audience demographics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.-Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure effective performance and return on investment (ROI).-Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with overall branding and outreach initiatives.-Prepare detailed reports and presentations on media performance and recommendations for future campaigns.-Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for media placement
