About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with previous agency experience to generate leads, conduct sales calls, and close marketing service deals. This role is for someone who understands agency services, knows how to talk to clients, handle objections, and convert calls into signed deals. Key Responsibilities Contact potential clients and qualify leads. Conduct sales calls and present agency services. Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions. Close deals and hand over accounts smoothly to the operations team. Maintain basic CRM / lead tracking. Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency (mandatory). Proven experience in selling marketing services. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of marketing services. Target-driven and results-oriented. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
