Connect Homes is looking for an ambitious and driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead and grow a team of high-performing real estate consultants. Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and support the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Supervise daily operations, including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed. Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs. Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
