The Role As Operations Specialist for Morocco & Nigeria, you will act as a strategic right-hand toour Ops department, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence in two key markets. You'llmanage customer service teams, ensure smooth coordination with logistics, and leadprocess improvements to support our growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone whos operationally sharp, detail-oriented, andexcited to help scale a high-growth e-commerce business across multiple countries. Your Profile Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, ideally within aleading online retailer, marketplace, or digital brand. Strong knowledge of Shopify, and familiarity with order flows, product catalogs, andreturns handling. Clear understanding of e-commerce processes: logistics, customer support, stockflows, COD handling. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track product performance and optimizedecision-making. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Fluent in French & English. Your Mission Oversee and optimize daily operations for both markets (orders, delivery, customercare, returns). Manage and support customer service teams, monitor ticket flows, response quality,and training needs. Coordinate with logistics partners for last-mile delivery, shipment tracking, escalations,and stock movements. Handle special cases: size exchanges, return requests, delivery issues, etc. Work with the Head of Ops to analyse bottlenecks, propose improvements, and helpimplement better tools and flows. Ensure alignment across internal teams: Tech, Marketing, Product, Importation, andfulfilment. Track and follow up on new shipments, replenishments, and stock availability in Shopify.
