We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient AI Technical Project Manager to lead cutting-edge AI initiatives at the intersection of technology and business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft AI Foundry, Open AI (GPT, Codex), Anthropic Claude (Code Interpreter), and ML-driven process mining, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills. This is an onsite position based in Dubai, working with a dynamic cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered prototypes and real-world AI solutions across enterprise-grade projects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI/ML projects, from ideation through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, break down complex business processes into streamlined, AI-augmented workflows, and define MVP scopes. Drive the rapid prototyping lifecycle with cross-functional AI/ML, data science, and engineering teams. Translate product and business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Oversee AI system integration using Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI, Open AI, Claude by Anthropic, and process automation tools. Conduct process mapping and workflow design using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Fig Jam, Lucidchart, etc. Apply AI and ML techniques to perform process mining, data pattern detection, and optimization of business operations. Coordinate project delivery across internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance, security, and performance expectations. Communicate technical updates and progress effectively to Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders across leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in AI project delivery using Microsoft AI stack, Open AI APIs, and Claude (Anthropic) for code, content, or workflow automation. Strong understanding of AI prototyping tools, ML lifecycle, and rapid iteration cycles. Hands-on experience in process mining using AI, digital twin modeling, and intelligent automation techniques. Proficiency in Visio, Fig Jam, Lucidchart, or similar tools for process/workflow mapping. Excellent business analysis and requirement gathering skills, with the ability to abstract and simplify complex processes. Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Arabic. Experience in AI-first environments, startups, or emerging tech ventures (minimum 3 years). Self-led, highly motivated, and enthusiastic about continuous learning and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, AI Builder, and other Azure-based data/AI services. Experience with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira. Knowledge of compliance standards, AI governance, and responsible AI practices. Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience.
