Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service professional with a C1 proficiency level in English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain a high standard of service. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, and allows for a combination of in-office and remote work arrangements.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, with skills in Communication and Customer Service. Background in English Teaching and ability to provide Training to team members or clients as needed. Proficiency in Translation and adaptability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with BPO services or customer support operations is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
