This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, developing and refining branding materials, creating logos, and working with the team to ensure consistent application of design elements across projects. The role may also involve collaborating with marketing or other departments to meet branding and project goals.
Job Responsibilities:Customer Service: Receive and manage customer inquiries and orders via official Whats App. Order Analysis: Thoroughly understand and verify order specifications (size, quantity, and printing type). Design & Editing: Create new designs or modify existing ones according to customer requirements. Proofing: Send design previews to customers for review and obtain final approval. Production Handoff: Deliver final, print-ready files to the printing department. Online Workflow: Follow up on the entire process until the file is successfully submitted to the online printing system. Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle and design for multiple customers simultaneously. Active Follow-up: Maintain a zero-neglect policy for Whats App messages, ensuring timely responses to every client.
Requirements & Skills:Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory). Graphic Tools: Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Technical Learning: Familiarity with Sign Master or a strong willingness to learn it. Personal Attributes: High speed of comprehension and excellent organizational skills.
