Internship Description (Alexandria)1-Year Developmental Program Purpose This developmental role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to build a strong foundation in cement production and process engineering. The selected candidate will gain structured coaching and hands-on exposure to production operations, process optimization, and quality aspects within the cement industry. The Production / Chemical Engineering Trainee will learn:1. On-Site Exposure & Learning Participate in daily production activities and shift operations. Gain hands-on understanding of kiln, mills, crushers, and material handling systems. Support the team in monitoring and optimizing process parameters. Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.2. Office-Based Development Contribute to production data analysis and reporting of KPIs (efficiency, utilization, fuel mix). Assist in preparing technical reports, process documentation, and presentations.3. Training & Coaching Receive continuous coaching and guidance from experienced production engineers. Attend structured technical and soft skills training sessions. Develop strong knowledge in cement manufacturing processes, quality standards, and best practices.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments such as Maintenance, Quality Control, and H&S. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support operational excellence. Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Eligibility Fresh graduates (Class of 2022–2024) or early-career professionals with up to 0–1 year of experience in Production or Chemical Engineering. Current students are not eligible. Duration1 year (full-time Management Trainee program).
