Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Head of Account Management. The role involves overseeing and leading the account management team, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The individual will develop strategies to optimize account performance, collaborate with sales teams to boost client retention and growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service aligned with the company’s goals. The role requires a high degree of leadership, strategic planning, and client-focused decision-making.
Qualifications Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management experience Proven Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to guide and inspire team members Sales expertise and ability to develop strategies for client engagement and business growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage Previous experience in AI-driven solutions or customer engagement platforms is beneficial
