Good English writing skills Job Summary As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction phases of architectural projects on-site. As designed by the design team Your primary role will be to ensure that designs are executed as the designs provided by the design team. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain the integrity of the design. Key Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee the implementation of architectural designs on-site. Ensure that all construction activities comply with approved designs and specifications. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and design teams. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Design Coordination Coordinate with design teams to clarify design concepts and specifications. Update design documents as needed to reflect site conditions and changes. Report to the Design Team for major design changes FF&E Purchasing Quality Assurance Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in design and construction. Approval of design materials to be used in construction. Budget and Schedule Management Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines and financial constraints. Review and approve BOQ quantities Team Leadership Facilitate effective communication among project team members. Take part in the hiring of additional team members
