Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal events teams Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and live events Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Prepare proposals, presentations, and post-event reports Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term client growth Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience in account management, events, or marketing agencies Strong understanding of event planning and marketing campaigns Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
