Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Indoor Sales Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. Working hours are from 3-10pm, Monday to Saturday.
The Indoor Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and guide customers through the product selection process. The role involves generating sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and assisting with general store operations as required.
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills2-5 years experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments Ability to understand product specifications and provide guidance to customers Proficiency in sales software and tools is beneficial Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask Team player with a customer-centric mindset High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the appliance industry is an advantage
