Role Overview:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences across our digital products. Fully remote position with flexible hours.
Job type: Task-based (Fixed monthly salary)
Responsibilities:Design clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with developers to refine user flows and improve usability. Conduct research and translate insights into effective design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive style guides. Participate in feedback and iteration cycles to enhance design quality.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and design craft. Proficiency with Figma, or similar design tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to complete a short design assessment as part of the hiring process.
Salary: $350-$500, plus bonuses for outstanding performance. Duration: 3-month contract, potential for extension
